Thanks to this cafe for our anniversary! We were not mistaken when we chose you! First of all, this is the best place to eat deliciously and watch the sunset. It was incredible.But my advice: book tables because we had to stand in line for a while to be seated at the table. But the food and drinks were taken out quickly despite the full-time occupancy of the cafe.The waiter was caring and deserved praise! Also thank you for the pleasant surprise of the dessert! Delicious cocktails, delicious food and excellent service!

We had a wonderful time tonight - all thanks to our lovely host, Melanie! The six of us were super impressed by her friendliness and charm. We were celebrating an early Father’s Day, and she made sure we all had a great time. Melanie served us with complimentary cheesecake, which was very thoughtful of her. The atmosphere was perfect for the evening. We are definitely come back and hope to see Melanie again!

We had an amazing experience here! Amanda, who is currently in training, took exceptional care of us from start to finish. Despite being new, she was attentive, friendly, and made us feel truly welcomed. We came all the way from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan to dine in, and she gave us some fantastic recommendations around the city. The staff overall was incredibly kind, and we were seated at a table with a beautiful view of the beach. A wonderful dining experience – thank you Amanda and team!

We loved this so much! On our last night in Vancouver, we went to dinner to watch the sunset. It was so neat to see the folks gathering on the beach in large numbers to enjoy a beautiful site on a beautiful evening in June. Manager Mel got us to our table swiftly, even though the crowd was large. Blue eyed Sean was a wonderful server! And I can’t say enough about the chicken tacos - my favorite meal in Vancouver. My husband got the salmon and it was delicious as well. We sat downstairs so I could just spill out onto the beach to take a couple of photos during dinner. Highly recommend having a meal here while you are visiting Vancouver.

We had a great time :) prices are reasonable, quality is good, flavours are unique and inspired, and the view is wonderful for sunset on the beach. Bellini was so good tasted like a fuzzy peach ring candy. Highly recommend!

Cactus at English Bay offers breathtaking scenery, especially during sunset—it’s simply stunning. The food, as always, is exceptional and consistently well-executed. The service is warm and attentive. A big thank you for a wonderful experience!

Food and service are excellent. The view of the ocean is especially enjoyable for savoring good food while watching the sunset. The Bellini cocktail is incredibly delicious.

We are in Vancouver celebrating our Honeymoon and wanted somewhere special to really mark our occasion. The Cactus Club Cafe really stood out for us. We arrived and the host acknowledged our booking notes. Our only disappointment was that they did not reserve us a window seat with a view. Josh was our waiter and he could not have been more friendly, attentive and fun. My wife has an intolerance to onion and Josh understood the assignment and made sure there was no onion in her dishes. The food is insanely good here, as we both opted for steak. The cuts were perfectly cooked. To finish off the night, we were kindly presented with a cheesecake on the house. This was a very kind touch and we were so grateful. I would recommend a visit here: the atmosphere is really good with some great songs played; and is overall good value for money!
